Les codes se composent de cinq chiffres. e.g：

Les deux premiers représentent la municipalité (ou un groupe de municipalités), les deux suivantes représente le quartier ou un village. Habituellement, le dernier chiffre est égal à zéro adresse représentant (sauf dans certaines petites communautés où il peut être cinq).
